Three Days of Celebration
Many of our bridal couples wish to turn their wedding into a fairytale occasion, and their guests are often spread across the entire kingdom of Norway. In such cases, it can be lovely to gather the evening before the big day — both to allow travelling guests to relax and settle in, and to give everyone the chance to get to know each other a little better, creating an even warmer atmosphere on the wedding day itself.
This package includes the following for 30 people:
- Pizza buffet on Friday evening
- Access to a “warming lounge” in the foyer of the Fairytale Castle on the wedding day
- A fairytale journey through the Fairytale Castle between the ceremony and dinner
- Ice drink in the Hunderfossen Ice Bar
- A light meal for the guests, consisting of wraps and warm apple gløgg, served in the foyer of the Fairytale Castle
- Aperitif upon arrival at the Fairytale Grotto
- Three-course wedding dinner in Trollsalen Restaurant
- Coffee served with cakes brought by the bridal couple
- Set-up of the function room according to the bridal couple’s seating plan, with white tablecloths, cloth napkins and candlelight
- Private room for breakfast on Saturday and Sunday
- Accommodation for the guests
The package also includes:
- A dedicated contact person and wedding planner, who will follow you throughout the entire process. We will offer advice and helpful tips — including things you may not have thought of yourselves
- A site visit prior to the ceremony
- A trial dinner for the bridal couple, including a tasting of the menu and wines, as well as one night’s accommodation in a double room
- Hire of the ice cathedral for three hours on the wedding day
- Additional sound and lighting in the ice cathedral
- Guides on the wedding day, who will welcome you and take care of your guests before and after the ceremony
- Sound system during dinner
- Bridal suite for one night, as well as one additional room for the bridal couple to use on the first night, where the bride can also get ready before the ceremony
- Horse-drawn sleigh ride from the hotel to the ice cathedral, and onwards to dinner in Trollsalen
Supplements apply for drinks with meals and bar service.
Supplements apply for any additional guests beyond 30 people.
We tailor everything according to your wishes. Some elements, such as accommodation and the pizza buffet, may be paid for by the guests themselves if preferred by the bridal couple.
