Welcome to a magical summer holiday at Hunderfossen, with plenty of activities for both children and adults. Within walking distance, just 400 metres from us, you will find Norway’s Fairytale Park. Barnas Gård is our closest neighbour, only 150 metres from the entrance. Walk another 500 metres and you will reach the Norwegian Road Museum and the Norwegian Vehicle Museum — great fun for all ages.

For those looking for a little adrenaline, you can walk to the Lillehammer Olympic Bobsleigh and Luge Track to try the wheelbob, or cycle over to Hafjell Bike Park. Jorekstad Water Park, Lillehammer town centre and Maihaugen are all just 15 minutes away.

At Hunderfossen Hotel & Resort, you can also enjoy mini golf, electric motorcycles, swan boats and a large playground.

We offer great-value accommodation packages in all categories: 30 charming summer cabins with a simple standard, 30 year-round cabins with all facilities, and a hotel with 40 cosy rooms. You can book accommodation packages including tickets to the Fairytale Park or Barnas Gård. Tickets can also be purchased after arrival, allowing you to go straight into the Fairytale Park after breakfast.

Hunderfossen has its own train station on the Dovre Line, and the journey from Oslo Central Station takes just under two hours. We also have a large free car park and EV charging facilities.
